I absolutely love every single client that I have had the privilege to coach.
Here are some testimonials for you to read through and get a feel for what it would be like to work together.
Alex Hagan, Australia
"It's fair to say that as someone in their 40's who's been in leadership positions since their 20's, it does feel a little odd to broadcast that I hired someone to coach me in life and leadership.
Some might say I should have figured those two things out by now. But ego aside... Tash has a way of making the vulnerable easy to talk through and work through to get clarity and conviction.
Working with Tash levelled me up in a number of ways in both my personal and professional life. If world class athletes have coaches, then I reckon if you want to be a world class leader or live a world class life, then you probably should too. And Tash is a world class coach."
Holly Read, New Zealand
“Before I started working with Tash I was suffering from overwhelm, burnout and just feeling like I was just staying afloat in the week and having breakdowns Sunday evening about having to go to work.
During coaching I learned that I was addicted to overwhelm!! If I had nothing on, I would find ways to keep myself busy by saying I had so much to do and kept telling myself and they often were things that really didn't need to be done. I would continue to add to my to-do list and forgetting about the basics of what I needed to do well.
What was most valuable for me was setting myself up for success each day and choosing things that would work for me at home and work rather than trying to do it all all of the time. I also learned how to set strong boundaries with myself and knowing when they needed to be adjusted and how to have accountability for myself.
Now, I don't have a breakdown every Sunday evening about going back to work and I have developed a better balance in life. I no longer have an addiction to overwhelm and I am able to recognise when I may be slipping back and because of this I can regulate my nervous system/stress better.
Coaching has changed my life! Being able to have someone who can challenge your mindset and have an objective is so invaluable. Coaching also helps you identify your wins also gives you the time, space and energy to listen, support, encourage and challenge you which creates much faster change and growth in your life.
I feel I have achieved so much growth as a result of coaching that I wouldn't have had I worked on this myself. Coaches can see what's happening in your life without the emotion you are experiencing.
If you have been feeling overwhelmed, burned out, lost motivation, feeling lost or confused and want to really change this, Tash is the perfect person. She will challenge you in the most beautiful way around your mindset and will leave you feeling energised, empowered and excited about your next steps.
Her genuine desire to help you shines through and she is always positively celebrating you and your achievements along the way. She creates such a safe and special place for you to share your challenges and truly empthasises and understands where you are at.
It is truly such an incredible experience to work with Tash and I will be forever grateful to the change she has made to my life and my work.”
Jose Stammer, New Zealand
“Before my first session with Tash I was feeling very overwhelmed with a lot of changes happening in my life all at once. I was at the point where I didn’t even know what my problem was and what I was worrying about. Along with doubting myself in my relationships and my career I was also facing some big decisions I had to make that were impossible for me to focus on while feeling so overwhelmed with everything else.
I had started trying to sort out my life by listening to podcasts, trying lots of self care techniques but in the end joining some of Tash’s free self care Sunday sessions made me book a clarity call. And I have never looked back!
Tash helped me to sort my thoughts and within 3 weeks of my first session, I started seeing incredible changes in my life! I noticed my mindset changing to the point that I was almost entirely thinking positively and therefore started noticing more positive things appearing in my life. From money literally flowing into my life left front and centre to meeting the right guy that aligns with my values all within a matter of weeks... pure magic! I feel motivated and energetic and like everything is going to work out for me in the future. I have not shut up about Tash and how incredible she is at what she does and have been telling everyone to book a session! If you are hesitating about spending the money just like I was - let me tell you that you will have no regrets. In fact you will probably want to book your next session straight away, it is soooooo worth it.”
Laura Tretheway, New Zealand
“I had lost myself in the craziness of life. I felt exhausted, undervalued and indecisive. I wanted to feel like myself again - confident and passionate.
Tash helped me to reconnect with who I am, what's truly important to me, and enabled me to find clarity amongst what was an incredibly messy and turbulent time in my life. She was incredibly supportive, kind and challenged me to think differently.
My whole mindset has shifted and as a result, I have seen my life continue to improve. I have more energy (I get up earlier, even though I am not a morning person!), the work I'm doing is aligned with what I value, and most importantly, I feel like myself for the first time in a long time. I am confident that I have the tools I'll need to stay on a path that's right for me, and know what to do if I feel lost/stuck again.
I cannot recommend Tash enough - having a coach is a worthwhile investment into the most important influencer in your life - you!”
Steph Wigg, New Zealand
“Wow, where do I even start. Life before Tash was interesting. I had a lot of self-doubt in all areas of my life whether that be how I showed up at work, my relationships or how I allowed myself to feel when surrounded by family. I constantly tried to fill everyone else’s cup before my own which lead to me resenting a lot of people and constantly getting sick or injured.
Lockdown was confirmed and I was not going to come out of an 8 week lockdown the same person as I was when I went in (especially when I wasn’t my biggest fan). I had been speaking to a good friend of mine who suggested I do some of Tash’s prompts which she had posted a few weeks earlier on instagram – safe to say, the moment I did these I wanted more, I loved the way she asked questions and challenged the status quo. I reached out and booked my first clarity call.
I connected with Tash basically straight away, the moment she articulated how I was feeling so perfectly was when I knew I had to work with her. I signed up to 1:1 coaching sessions, they were meant to be fortnightly, but I wanted to see her every week! I didn’t want them to end either. The amount of growth I was getting from week to week I can’t even put into words. She is worth her weight in gold!
As I write this, it has been 6 months since I finished working with Tash. When I reflect on the person I was who reached out to her, I do not recognise her. I am free. Free from the negative self-talk and most of all free from doubting myself in most areas of my life. I say most because I would be lying to say I am completely free of self-doubt but I am damn near close and even though Tash will say I did the work and she only ‘lead me to where I needed to be’ I 100% wouldn’t have got here without her. You know the changes are real when your friends and family start noticing them within you and commenting on how happy and vibrant you are – that’s when you really start to notice the difference this sort of work can make.
Tash, I am forever grateful for what you have done for me, the confidence I have gained within myself, building the courage to lean into courageous conversations when I feel something doesn’t sit right and learning to fill up my own cup before I try to fill anyone else’s. Please continue to do this work forever – the world needs you.
Natalie Morrison, New Zealand
“I signed up to a coaching series with Tash because my life did not feel like something I had control over, I was lacking vision and had vague future plans but it was impossible to view my dreams as a reality. After my discovery call with Tash I felt an instant connection - it was like talking to a big sister and she immediately touched on the areas of my life that we could address together.
During my coaching series it was so helpful to have someone guiding me, cheering me on, keeping me accountable, and keeping me on track. My life has changed for the better. I knew what I wanted I just couldn’t find how to make it happen. Tash is so kind, calm and composed, and no matter what state I was in during our series Tash was consistently future focused and guided me on towards my goals. I will definitely be back for another series! A million “thank yous” Tash! You are a gift!”
Nicola Stuart, United Kingdom
“Before I started working with Tash I was moving around a lot in the UK, feeling a bit overwhelmed by not knowing what to do with my life and where my current relationship was going.
I was struggling with a lack of direction and confidence. I wanted to create a better understanding of myself, who I was and what it is that I truly wanted. I felt like I was going around in circles. Seeing little progress of change on my own. I knew there was more to uncover, discover and begin my growth. I trusted Tash. Through her voice and content, I knew this was my opportunity.
The biggest change I saw in myself was the awareness of my thoughts and confidence and trust in myself. I’m doing things for me which feel good and no longer saying or doing things to please others. My relationship with my partner (and myself) has shifted. It is loving, happier with less pressure. I am far more aware of what brings me joy and welcoming this instead of resisting it.
Thank you so much Tash. This experience has given me the space and awareness that I needed to uncover who I truly am and what it is I want to continue to seek and grow.
You have been so incredibly supportive and have taught me so much. I can't find the words to describe how amazing this journey has been for me. This is the start of something beautiful! I am so thankful that you came into my life when you did. It was perfect and I was so ready for it!”
Arneen Ahsan, New Zealand
“I've been working with Tash for 2 series's now. It's been amazing and I can't recommend her enough as a coach. After completing one series I wen't back to start another with Tash and the results have been fantastic. Her kind and consultative approach has been refreshing and her knowledge and passion for helping people whilst holding them accountable has made me really open up to how I approach taking control of transformation in my life be it big or small goals.
Tash has a pragmatic outlook on solutions but the intuitive ability to really tap into guiding her clients to make sure they are on track with their progress with amazing support and accessibility along their coaching journey. She inspired me to really look into what drives me and what wasn't serving me in my life and I was able to reflect on some key areas of my life that I needed to be challenged on.
Thank you Tash for being you and guiding me through a really confusing part of my year. The effort and dedication you put into your work is moving and exemplary.”
Hannah Akers, New Zealand
“Before I started coaching my life felt chaotic and out of control, I was suffering with anxiety, which was only allowing me to do the basic functions, I didn’t have any time or space to allow in anything else. I had lots of self-doubt, confusion over my career and generally overwhelm with my life. I never felt good enough for anyone, my partner, family, colleagues, friends - always feeling the need to prove leading me to complete exhaustion and failure. I have tried different types of counselling, therapies and healers; you name it I have probably given it a go in the hope to find something to help put me on a clearer path. All of which have helped for a duration, but never been a sustained change for me.
When signing up I did have my doubts, especially as I have tried so many different things. The financial commitment to this series was one of the biggest sticking points; what if it didn’t work? Am I really worth this kind of investment? But realisation hit “if you’re not willing to do this and sort this out, who is?”. I am now a month on from my last session and I have had plenty of opportunities to reflect. My life has changed massively, I don’t have daily anxiety and if it does creep in I am able to process it and find out what it’s telling me.
I am now working towards a career that excites me and can’t wait to see where it goes! My whole outlook on life has changed (bold statement -I know!), I'm not the scared, road blocking self I used to be. The best Hannah has turned up for herself! I am, what I need and what I want. The possibilties for the future are endless! The best insight that I have learnt is that I am enough and no ones judgements of me matter, I can’t changed their views so I let them go!”
Damiana Casile, United Kingdom
“A lot of change was happening in my life. I was moving jobs after nearly 8 years and I found this thought quite daunting. I was asking myself many questions around the future both professionally and personally and I wanted to make sure that I had all the tools and took the time to focus on this and give it the attention it required.
I knew I needed help with this phase of my life. Many years ago I had done some personal development mainly through NLP practices and I had more recently done business coaching through my employer. I had previously met you and I had avidly been following your journey and development as a coach through Instagram. Your stories spoke to me as I know I needed someone that could challenge me not just from a work perspective, but that could also challenge me emotionally.
I had worked with coaches before, so the expectations were to outline some goals and work at those for 6 weeks. But with you it turned out very quickly into so much more. The empathy and support I felt and had from you was different to anything I had experienced before. Going into our first session I was extremely excited to finally reconnect and proud that I had taken the time and made the investment in myself. At the end of the first session it was very clear to me that there was deep unhappiness in my relationship that I hadn't had the chance or the courage to explore previously and with intent.
Since finishing coaching, I have completely changed my life for the better. I have listened to my inner voice and myself and I feel a deep sense of calm for having done this. It is noticeable to many around me. The biggest change for me was taking time for myself and spending time witnessing the changes and noticing my feelings. This has made me put 'me' at the centre and has helped me to slow down, re-prioritise and listen to that inner voice. It has allowed me to have the courage to take some big decisions in my life and change my world and my relationships for the better.
I will never forget the feeling (and the tears!) when you reminded me that at the beginning of our coaching journey I said I wanted to feel: 'Calm and less worried. Introspective and focused'. I remember on session 6 feeling deep happiness and calmness, knowing that I am following the right path and that I have done so by being focused, strong, honest, resilient and courageous throughout the process and throughout the 3 months. I am still blown away by how much my life changed in as little as 3 months. Thank you Tash!”
Molly Workman, New Zealand
“I approached Tash off the back of one of her instagram posts sharing knowledge and insights around overwhelm. I had hit a bit of a cross-roads in terms of juggling a new job and was experiencing doubt as to whether continuing was the right choice, and if not, what the heck was I going to do.
Tash sent me some amazing reflective questions which in themselves were a huge help to channel where some of my confusion was coming from and get it all out there on one page. It was clarity and blue sky thinking about what was truly important to me. It wasn't that I didn't already know this, I just had it swirling around in my head, which is a bit less helpful.
When I had the call with Tash there were a few key things that stood out that were huge value add for me. It was that she was able to use a situational style within the conversation. There was a mixture of good coaching conversations to help me explore my thinking, good mentoring advice having had direct experience in a people related role, she came at everything with a strong sense of care, which ultimately enabled her to safely ask some pretty pointy questions that helped me to challenge some of my beliefs that probably weren't serving me well. One specific example was exploring the idea of selling and how I must have had some experience that left me quite closed off in my thinking and openess to different approaches to offering my unique value.
Overall, I got off the call with plenty more thoughts and areas to explore in ongoing conversations. I was given confidence of the potential options I had in front of me that I could explore if I chose to do so, which I think ultimately was what I needed most at the time. Letting go of feeling stuck with no answers.
Even if you're not sure if you can commit to a long coaching series, I encourage anyone who is feeling a bit fuzzy in their brain or overwhelmed to reach out to Tash for an exploratory call, you will understand the value you can gain if it's the right time to step into it, and you will also walk away with plenty of value from the reflection and call itself.”
Breanna Mudge, New Zealand
“When I first connected with Tash I was struggling to make goals, not happy in my own skin and unhappy with illnesses I didn't know how to fix. I was over committing, not looking after myself and trying to look after everyone else but failing because I wasn't whole which made everything worse. I was lost. I had never worked with a coach before and to be honest I thought 'what can you really achieve in 6 x 1 hour sessions?' I was skeptical to say the least but thought 'what have I got to lose?’. Tash talked me through what coaching would entail and her passion, enthusiasm and kindness made it such an easy choice to say 'Yes’.
Before our first session I was nervous and anxious, but after, I felt relief, plain and pure relief. Tash sorted my thoughts, gave me hope and positive direction showing me a way forward through my confusion. I was excited. The biggest shift I’ve seen in myself is I am kinder to myself and cutting myself a break finally! I am putting myself first for the first time in possibly forever! This has given me clarity to focus on what is really important to me and make decisions on what I want to be doing in the future which is giving me so much happiness and hope. The way I would describe my coaching experience is loving, accepting, and hopeful.
Thank you Tash for helping me find myself again. The thing that makes me happiest in life is helping my friends and family and you taught me I can't help anyone if I am not looking after myself first.”
Ashlee Abraham, New Zealand
“I cannot recommend coaching with Tash enough! You have to be open to the issues that you have been struggling with and once you work with Tash to identify the crux of things, it’s so rewarding to see them change. Looking back to where I was at the start of my journey (negative, doubting myself and not feeling good enough), I would never imagined that I would be where I am now, positive, confident in who I am, living a life of intention, thriving in a career I absolutely love and working with such great and understanding people. Tash created a space for me to truly be myself which has allowed me to be the best version of myself!”
Ash Storey, Australia
“When I first thought about coaching with Tash I was in this weird period of change in my life, I wanted things to be different but wasn’t sure how to actually get there. I knew I had done a lot of self work but there were some things that I still allowed myself to not succeed at. I wanted to create something of value in the world and start a journey to eventually be my own boss - wherever that took me. I wanted to be true to myself and live a life I loved. Before our first session I felt nervous AF, in a good way, and by the end I knew that I wanted to make changes in my life, and I needed to do the work to get there - it almost solidified that.
Since working with Tash, people have noticed my shift in positivity and mindset, and commented on the energy I bring to situations which has been great! The biggest change I’ve noticed in myself is that I'm in control of my own thoughts and mindset and I can change the way I perceive certain situations in order to change my outcome (as much as I can control it). I've remembered my mind is a muscle and I can flex it, and that I am very much in control of everything I want to achieve. Working with Tash and doing this coaching series has been completely eye opening!
I really enjoyed this, it spurred such change within me and really helped me realise what's important, what I can control, who I want to be, and how to achieve goals. The work is never ending, which I know, and I'm so thankful I got to share this with Tash.”
Briony Gray, New Zealand
“Before I started working with Tash I was struggling with finding joy within myself, being content with what I had in my life, and I wanted to explore the idea of a small design side gig. I had never worked with a coach before, so I was unsure how much coaching would allow me to open up and speak truthfully, but from the get-go, it was a comfortable and warm space. I was nervous but excited going into our first session and by the end, I left knowing I was worthy of this time and ready for the change I needed.
The biggest change I saw in myself was knowing what I deserve, prioritising myself and understanding what I needed to be my best. Friends noticed a shift in my confidence, assertiveness and in my general positivity.
If I had to describe my coaching experience in 3 words, they would be enlightening, empowering and special. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Tash!”
Lizzie Dyson, New Zealand
“Before my session with Tash, I was struggling with my money mindset and with attracting my ideal client for my business. I expected that Tash would have some helpful suggestions to adjust my mindset, but the results I achieved after the session were far beyond my expectations! It was like a road block had been completely removed! I owe it all to Tash, and I am amazed that in just 1 session she was able to make such a huge impact on my life. Her approach is gentle and professional, and she knows exactly which buttons to press and what to challenge her clients on. I felt respected and understood throughout the experience, but she also helped me to see the thoughts and behaviours which were holding me back. I can not recommend her enough, thank you Tash!!”
Megan White, New Zealand
“I reached out to Tash to get some perspective on a big life decision I was facing. I have incredible family and friends but I wanted to discuss my options and thinking with someone completely objective. After following Tash for a while on Instagram and talking to her in an initial consultation I felt her values were very much inline with mine and her approach very professional.
To be honest I was a bit hesitant at first to spend the money on a life coach, as at this stage I had been traveling and not working for 6 months. However, it was one of the best decisions. Tash's insights were invaluable. She knew the right questions to ask and really made me question my current way of thinking and whether it really was serving me. She was extremely professional and I really felt she went above and beyond. She is incredibly genuine and puts you at ease right away, making the sessions with her even more beneficial as you feel comfortable talking about anything! Would highly recommend Tash.”
Danielle Buthane, New Zealand
“Tash is an incredible coach who has done wonders for my self-confidence. She has a proactive style of coaching that focuses on what you can do to be your best self. I felt like she was with me every step of the way during a challenging time of significant life changes. Her authentic, genuine and warm approach made me feel hugely supported.”
Steph Rakuraku, New Zealand
“I thoroughly enjoyed my impact session with Tash - she had the ability to ask the right questions to prompt reflection and a refreshed perspective on myself and my situation, in a really positive, genuine and supportive way. I felt heard and understood and empowered to use new tools and understandings of myself. I wasn’t sure what outcome I was looking for going into this session, but ended up with a refreshed perspective that will enable me to approach my situations at work differently. The proactive approach to coaching in this session really positions this service as outcomes oriented which is super empowering!”

“I enjoyed everything! The beautiful location and the warm supportive atmosphere that was so quickly created! It was such a great day filled with awesome real people who all want the same for themselves and that’s to live their best lives. It felt like a facial for the soul! It’s money really well spent to exercise that inner self love muscle! Thanks again! <3”
Briony Gray, New Zealand
“I always have good intentions, but, accountability is something I've always struggled with. Tash's workshop forced me to take a break from the day to day and give myself the time and space I needed to reflect and commit to myself again. Tash's coaching was refreshing and gentle. She created the most beautiful space for us to embrace ourselves and look within. If you're just starting out on your journey or have been on it for a while - Tash's workshop is the perfect space to refocus on yourself.”
Arneen Ahsan, New Zealand
“The design and overall objective of this workshop was just what I needed. It was more effective than what I’ve been trying to achieve with therapy sessions this past month specifically. Turning the focus inward into manifesting an ideally curated self and life is exactly what we all need and I was able to get a lot out of the journaling prompts. Having a half day to work through emotions and envisioning wellness objectives and long term goals was fantastic and effective. I’m so happy I had the opportunity to come along and it was a lovely way to bring people together from all walks of life.”
Rawinia Judson, New Zealand
“Tash is truly passionate about the work she does, and you can really see it in every little detail of her workshop. So much love was put in to it - from the activities, to the food, to the goody bags. I really valued how Tash created a beautiful safe space for us all to share how we were truly feeling which allowed everyone to be vulnerable and authentic in the work we were doing. It provided the space for me to able to focus on myself and look within and I am grateful to have taken the time to do so. Thank you Tash for sharing what you do.”
Ash Storey, Australia
“Tash's workshop gives you the opportunity to really lean into who your best self is, and find constructive ways to bring that person to life. The workshop was both relaxing and invigorating, with wonderful women and a beautiful venue. I loved that I learned some great tools to allow me to really have a positive mindset, all while giving my soul a bit of self love.”
Michelle Weeks, Australia
“My experience on Tash’s Reconnect Retreat was one I can only rave about. From the outset of the day, Tash created a space which felt safe, encouraging and honest. This allowed me to open up more than I would usually and really get into a zone for growth, honest reflection and vulnerability, ensuring I got the most out of the day. By the end of the day we had reflected upon our current lives, envisioned our future and what we wanted it to feel like and had concrete actions which meant we left feeling like we were in control of our ‘next steps’ going forward.
The structure of the day was perfect, with a balance between stillness and movement. We had the opportunity to connect with other retreat goers, spend time in nature and in our yurt hut through a fabulous yoga class, as well as nourish our bodies with delicious, generous servings of food.
Tash held space for each and every person on the retreat. She offered us additional time to be coached through any areas we were stuck in with her personally and ensured that each person felt valued within the space.
We were also spoilt with all the resources we needed for the day. On top of delicious treats and teas, we were provided a workbook, journal and pen, as well as a balance essential oil and resources which we could investigate further if interested. Tash’s preparation for the day was meticulous and she didn’t miss a single tiny detail.
Overall, Tash’s Reconnect Retreat was absolutely incredible. It allowed a day for me to reconnect with myself within a beautiful setting and I walked away feeling like everything promised and so much more was soulfully delivered.”
Darsh Nair, New Zealand
“I enjoyed every aspect of the retreat! It was a lovely safe environment for me to reconnect with myself and address the silly stuff running through my head and let some of it go. It was a beautiful day with lovely people and would !00% recommend it to anyone looking at options to take some time out for themselves. What I enjoyed most was the ability to tune out from the world and also realise that I am not the only person struggling to deal with the ridiculous stuff that runs through my head! The yoga session was so good and the space was peaceful and a beautiful energy to ground myself in. Tash is lovely, easy to talk to and really approachable.”
Hannah Champion, New Zealand
“This retreat could not have come at a better time for me. My week had been full on and for a number of reasons, I had struggled to switch off and disconnect from my week on Saturday morning. This changed very quickly once we got started at the Reconnect Retreat. Tash created an intimate and safe space right from the get go through sharing her own story. This encouraged the group to share their own vulnerabilities and allowed us to settle into a growth mindset. Tash structured the workshop in a way that made introspection effortless and tangible intentions easy. I left feeling grounded, whole and had a new found purpose (and new friends). I was able to implement some of my actions that same day and will continue to make lots of small changes every day :)”
