EP 29. The Power of Deciding

Renowned leadership expert John Maxwell aptly states, "Life is a matter of choices, and every choice you make makes you."

Following on from recent episodes on strategic planning and Kyle's journey to intentionally creating his own experience, today I explore why deciding matters and how it shapes your reality.

I also talk about the profound impact decisions have on everyone's lives, and how decision-making can be the key to unlocking your desired future.

You will learn about:

  • How decisions reveal your values
  • Why decision making can help your brain focus
  • What ‘energy leaks’ are and how they can happen
  • Ways you can reduce decision fatigue
  • Four key things you must decide on to consciously shape your life

Be the decider of your life. Don’t let others decide for you - as you may not always like where those decisions take you. Instead, powerfully decide and create your own path and watch how things unfold in incredible ways.

I’d love to know which area of decision making you’re going to focus on first, that will have the most power for you. Feel free to get in touch with me via Instagram or LinkedIn.
